Our remodeling experience started out in the late 80’s. We spent ten years working for the city of Everett residences, and bid jobs put out by the CHIP (community housing improvement program). This is a government funded program for the restoration of turn of the century homes in need of repairs. The program was designed to restore structures to their original state the best as possible and to accommodate the current needs of the home owners. We have since moved on and now we work directly with residential and commercial property owners. We do all types of remodels so the jobs vary tremendously. We do everything from minor repairs to full on multi level remodels. The description of some of the work we perform are as follows: Design, moving walls, concrete, replacing windows, re-siding, jacking up houses and installing footings and foundation walls, replacing rotten structural wood from underneath the floors, digging out dirt for craws space, plumbing, electrical, side sewers, drainage, storm drains, drywall, roofing, paint, cabinets, flooring, doors, first, second, and third floor additions, interior and exterior trim, and much more.
